ADD/ADHD
Attention Deficit Disorder and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder can be defined as a biologically based condition causing a persistent pattern of difficulties, resulting in one or more of the following behaviors: inattention, (difficulty focusing upon a specific task), hyperactivity, (difficulty with inhibiting behavior) and/or impulsivity (difficulty controlling impulses).

AUDITORY PROCESSING
What we do with what we hear. The ability of the brain (i.e., the central nervous system) to process incoming auditory signals.

DYSLEXIA
A brain-based type of learning disability that specifically impairs one's ability to read.
